A few years ago I tried blueberry barbecue sauce. I’m brave that way. It was quite good. But I have a mulberry tree not blueberry bushes (yet). This morning I check my mulberry tree to see if the fruit is ripe yet. Of course it’s too early but I get excited about the crop of mulberries each summer. One of the things I use these delicious berries for is my Mulberry Barbecue Sauce.
Pork chops are a really versatile cut. I fry, bake, and grill pork chops all year. But, like anything, serving them the same way all the time doesn’t make anyone happy. Thankfully I found a new way to make them that both Mr. C and I love! Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Chops made my regular rotation. And I can cook them using every method!

Spatchcock chicken is simply butterflied chicken. It’s easy to do and can make an ordinary roast chicken look really special. The orange, cardamom, and ginger give the chicken a bright, warm flavor your family will love. If you roast it in the oven can have dinner on the table in under an hour.
